Byron Tomingas ’71 writes to say he’s returned to Jenny Lake Lodge in Grand Teton National Park for his “dozenth” year. “I perform solo instrumental classic guitar Fridays and Sundays from 6:00 to 9:00 P.M. I use my Bird’s Eye Maple Oribe concert guitar, which was presented to me as a Lifetime Achievement Award in Music. This past September, I also performed at The Center Theater in Jackson Hole, WY, which is always a sold-out show in the decade it’s been running. I chose a low-profile career over that of a touring artist by returning to my home of Jackson Hole in 2006. Now I get to make music on my own terms and it’s an imagination run wild.”
