Norris Duckett III  (Art MFA 19), known in the dance community by his krump name “Cosmic,” created the all-inclusive platform krump4theolympics to campaign for the dance form to be included as an official 2028 Summer Olympics event.

Duckett is asking for krumpers and supporters to create a one-minute reel on social media and tag it #la28 #krump4theolympics.

He will present the campaign to the IOC international Olympic Committee this summer.
