Lisa Anne (Hyman) Morrison (Theater BFA 95) returned to Los Angeles with The Menopause Monologues, which she wrote and directed, Nov. 5–9 at the Atwater Village Theatre. The show, which aims to catalyze healthcare change by sharing real, intimate menopause stories from women, will play next at the HERE Arts Center in New York from April 27 to May 3, 2026.

CalArtians Alina Phelan (Theater BFA 95) and Amy Keating Rogers (MFA Theater 94) are among the performers, joined by notable actors such as Kirsten Vangsness of Criminal Minds and Jayne Taini of Ray Donovan. Each city’s run incorporates local women’s stories and a post-show Q&A with a menopause doctor or specialist.
