Emily Sanders (Music 79) sings and performs with Angel City Chorale, the Los Angeles-based community choir that made it to the semifinals on America’s Got Talent in 2018. She retired from a 42-year teaching career (10 years in private school and 32 in public school) in June 2020. Her folk CD Sheltering Wind is available on iTunes. She has been married to actor/writer Dan Sanders for 30 years. There’s plenty of music in her family: Their son Joe Sanders is a composer for film, video games, and TV.
