Director Andrew Lush (Film/Video 18) and Producer Luka Fisher (Art 18) collaborated on the “Satan’s Tears” music video for artist Kyler O’Neal that premiered at Outfest on Aug. 22, 2020, in the Platinum Showcase. The video has since been released on YouTube and is featured on the Outfest Now app. Andrew, Luka, and Kyler bonded in 2018 while on the set of Lyle Kash’s CalArts thesis film, “Death and Bowling.” Other CalArts collaborators for “Satan’s Tears” included JobelMedina (Dance), Michael Formanski (Film/Video), Loren White (Film/Video), Daisy Chen-Ying Ho (Film/Video), and Chenliang Zhu (Film/Video). The making-of documentary Behind Satan’s Tears was shot by Richard Van (Film/Video) and will also be featured on Outfest Now.
