Tanja Raaste (Theater MFA 04) says, “I’m living in South London, working as a producer for the Fourth Monkey Ensemble, currently producing a new touring show, In the Shadow of Walls. It begins in 1961 Berlin where the wall is going up, and it follows the stories of three women, who are dealing with new walls—both literal and figurative, through to the present day. We’ve also just made a short film on the topic with the Imperial War Museum North. I also teach ‘The Business of Performance—Or How to Make a Living’ and have been producing an e-course, which aims to revolutionize how we get kids speaking both parents’ languages.
